Adbelnabi v. State of Tennessee, No. E2020-01270-CCA-R3-PC (Tenn. Ct. Crim. App. Feb. 18, 2022).

We affirm the post-conviction court’s judgment that Petitioner failed to demonstrate good cause in filing the second amended petition because the record does not preponderate against the court’s factual finding. See Howard v. State, 604 S.W.3d 53, 57 (Tenn. 2020) (citing Tenn. R. App. P. 13(d)).
